This international brand are looking for a Senior Leadership and Development Executive to work as part of their Learning and Development team in Birmingham.
Candidate requirements:
•Graduate calibre or equivalent CMI Qualified
•Demonstrable experience in delivering highly effective Leadership programmes
•Demonstrable experience in working with Senior Leadership Population
•Proven track record in establishing, developing and implementing capability strategies to drive business success.
•Experience in promoting a values driven culture and managing change in organisations
•Proven ability to develop people to deliver against business goals.
•Champions a people focused culture.
•Ability to coach and influence senior line managers coupled with excellent communication skills.
•Experienced professional with previous experience of best of class Leadership delivery methods.
Key responsibitities:
Responsible for the development and delivery of a suite of Senior Leadership interventions including an externally verified Senior Leadership programme, which will deliver professional, capable and inspiring Leaders. In partnership with the Talent Development and Leadership team identify and respond to key business drivers and develop learning strategies which will deliver the business goals. Establish robust leadership programmes that support our succession plan and talent pool, and encourage connectivity across the UK Business Division.
