TRAINING ADVISOR, WOLVERHAMPTON, Up to £28,000Our client a UK based construction service provider is recruiting for a Training Advisor to support the Operational HR Manager providing an opportunity to contribute to the staff development.Key responsibilities:•Delivery and application of the strategic training plan within defined areas of responsibility, including HR policies and procedures.•Supporting and contributing to training, development and change initiatives within HR and other departmental areas.•To directly deliver training programs where appropriate to alleviate external training provider costs.•To support the Vocational Training Manager and contribute to the development and delivery of the vocational training agenda.•Identifying areas for training or development.The ideal candidate: •Must be at least part CIPD qualified and have PAA Learning and Development NVQ Level 3.•Will have a proven knowledge of training needs, analysis of proven techniques and their application.•Excellent negotiation, problem solving and time management skills.•An operational HR/training background that has involved team management.If you have the relevant experience and are looking for the challenge of a new role please forward your CV and current salary expectations to Natalie Clarke on (email address removed) , quoting reference NCL/11032Mackenzie Jones works with clients and candidates from HR disciplines across the whole of the UK and the Middle East.
