This Training & Development Consultant role is specifically focussed in the Sales area. The aim of this position is to play a proactive people development role by providing specialist expertise to support achievement of business objectives through timely delivery of specific training programmes.
Key requirements of the role include:
• Support and Identifying Training & Development needs
• Design & delivery appropriate solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Training
• Management of Training Budget
• Support in the ongoing development of the company as a learning culture
The role is based at The company's main site in Northamptonshire.
The successful Training & Development Consultant will:
• be talented at Course/Programme design, build and accreditation
• have evidence of excelling in a Sales Training role
• have a recognised qualification in Training & Development
• have experience in delivery of training/coaching/mentoring to Management level.
