My NHS client has a requirement for an experienced L&D Manager to take on a challenging remit of managing a professional, comprehensive and timely training and development service across the organisation.
This role is initially for 9 months during which time the main focus will be to ensure the NHS competency framework (Knowledge and Skills Framework) is in place, reviewing appraisal process, looking at management development and getting skills workshops in place - e.g recruitment. This role also has management responsibly for a small team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to take on an autonomous role in a changing organisation where you can really add value.
The successful candidate will ideally have delivered a similar remit in another NHS Trust. This experience is necessary for ensuring the KSF and ensuring clinical/mandatory training are compliant.
