My client, a not for profit organisation based in Essex, are looking for an interim Training & Development Manager until approx mid September. They will also consider this post on a part time basis.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of Workforce, you will be responsible for a Training & Development Assistant and Administrator.
This role will be responsible for the interpretation and delivery of a full range of training and development opportunities, and for providing senior level advice on all aspects of workforce development. This will include ongoing development of a performance management framework that includes appraisal and personal development planning.
The postholder will take a lead role in reviewing the annual training needs analysis and will co-ordinate and manage the companies investment in training. The postholder will be required to work across the two arms of the organisation to identify and address their individual requirements whilst recognising opportunities for co-ordination and synergy across the whole organisation.
