This is an exciting role for an existing Group Skills Trainer to join a large, recently merged, Insurance and Healthcare Organisation. You will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating energetic and creative training courses across the company.
If you can deliver a wide range of High Quality Training Courses that measurably improve the business performance of your clients then this could be the perfect opportunity for you !!
The company is a forward thinking organisation with a very strong sense of values. Learning and Development is at the top of the agenda this year for a company that has always had a great reputation for its customer service and employee relations. Now with a New Brand, they are looking for a talented Learning and Development professional to deliver bespoke training courses companywide. Some understanding of FSA and compliance requirements would certainly be an advantage but not essential to succeed in this role.
Must Haves;
-Proven experience of delivery of both behavioral and management training
-CIPD or equivalent
-Proven experience assessing training needs and developing courses to meet them.
