My client, based in Worcestershire, is looking for HR Development Officer, to work as part of the Human Resources team. The role will be to provide the necessary professional expertise, project management and administrative support for HR Development initiatives, processes and systems for the Division.
Key Responsibilities
•To contribute to the development of Divisional initiatives by participating in global project teams.
•To manage regional and global HR Development Projects as appropriate within the scope of the role.
•To co-ordinate Divisional training needs analysis activity.
•To develop and deliver some elements of training materials in subjects of specialist knowledge and experience.
•To develop and produce training materials using presentation and desk top software.
•To co-ordinate the nomination and selection processes for Divisional and Group Programmes in accordance with pre-defined criteria.
•To develop effective methods of training and development evaluation and to deploy them so as to continuously improve development solutions.
•To develop, improve and maintain business processes.
•To provide support with the data gathering of the Division's Organisational Management Development Review Process and Talent Management activity.
•Provide administrative support for controlling the Divisional HRD budget.
Knowledge and Skills
§Experience in a HR development role
§Training and Development Needs Analysis
§Project management experience
§Developing and maintaining effective business processes
§Excellent analytical and data processing skills.
§Excellent IT skills, specifically Excel, Word, Access and HR information systems.
