It is essential that you have experience gained within the retail sector in order to bring a high degree of commercial and business awareness. The Role Working as part of the training team, youll enjoy an autonomous role, developing a training strategy to support the technical elements of the business. Youll design material for training plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business and commercial strategies. Youll provide expertise in how to get the most out of advancements in modern digital technology; and youll develop an environment in which learning and development is a self-sustaining activity. The Person From a retail environment youll have a passion for technology and products with the ability to translate technical data into customer focused information. Youll have previous experience of designing and developing a technical training strategy for a leading UK wide organisation. Youll be self-starting and hands on, with the ability to influence and negotiate with external suppliers.
