We are looking for experienced Management & Personal Development Trainers to join our busy team, delivering training throughout the Midlands region.
Reporting to the Management & Personal Development Manager you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training courses to meet client needs. Our client is a well established training provider with an excellent reputation which we will expect you to enhance.
The Trainer's main areas of responsibility will include:
•Designing and delivering both public and bespoke management, supervisory and interpersonal skills courses.
•Developing new courses to promote the Department and increase market share.
•Visiting prospective clients and preparing proposals that help secure work for the department.
The successful candidates must -
•Have experience of delivering Management Development programmes.
•Hold a Certificate in Training Practice/teaching qualification.
•Be Chartered member of CIPD.
•Have line-management experience.
•Be innovative and creative in their approach to training.
•Be willing to travel throughout the Midlands region and occasionally elsewhere around the UK
.
