Senior Training Advisor - £35-40,000 + - North Lincs, Doncaster, South Yorkshire
The Job
Responsible for the management of training and competency at the North Lincs site
Provide strategic guidance and direction on all aspects of Training and Development across the division
Work with HR Business Partners to ensure robust training processes exist and are followed so that training is effective and competency requirements are met.

Likely background
Likely to have been in a training role within an industrial setting (manufacturing) for over 5 years dealing with all aspects of training and competency assurance. Likely to be able to demonstrate having made significate changes to Training and Development direction in an organisation. This role is a mix of practical training expertise bourne out of experience and an understanding of the strategic aspects of learning management in a large multi site environment.
