My client is a highly regarded FTSE250 organisation who require a sales trainer to join their expanding sales development team. Sales trainers are required to deliver induction and sales development training in conjunction with 1:1 coaching.
The relevant candidate will have a proven track record in successful sales in conjunction with excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience within pharmaceutical, recruitment or field sales environments would be a distinct advantage. New sales trainers will go through exceptional training and development to give them the skills to be successful in the role.
