Job Description
This role will involve providing active leadership, in training across the organisation in order to support the business and the HR Business Partners. The role holder will do this by creating a strategic training curriculum that meets the current and future business needs of the desired business area.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and the business to ensure integrated learning solutions and manage the imbedded training teams to significantly strengthen their skills. This role will be based in London but with a need for flexibility surrounding travel UK wide.

Commercial/Financial awareness including measurement of results
Influencing (Coaching & Facilitation):
Communications including presentation and negotiation
Stakeholder/customer relationship management

Staff development and coaching
