My client, a leading UK law firm, is looking for a Legal Training & E-Learning Manager, to support the delivery of the firm’s Knowledge Strategy by devising, developing and managing the delivery of effective and appropriate legal training across the firm at all levels. Your main responsibilities will be to conduct training needs analysis in order to capture the requirements for legal training across all practice areas and based on those results, to work with the Knowledge Lawyers and Partners to produce a legal training curriculum for each practice area and level of qualification. You will also be expected to lead the design and production of e-learning modules as appropriate for the delivery of the more information based training elements of the curriculum. You will have a legal background, ideally as a Solicitor with have extensive design and delivery experience.
