Managing consultants are required to deliver, coach and improve management training and development projects, and develop high level client solutions, and associated implementation/project plans. Additionally, managing consultants are required to contribute to the development and creative growth of company services and products through the implementation of ideas and initiatives and business strategy. My client is looking for exceptional people who combine a clear understanding of business operations with the ability to inspire, motivate and demonstrate passion for project managing first class bespoke training projects. Ideally CIPD qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate depth of knowledge, and experience of driving performance improvements through people in conjunction with the ability to manage and grow client accounts. A strong leader and a background in both sales training and/or leading a team, you will be able to gain respect quickly and clearly demonstrate pace, depth and accuracy of thinking.
