This new and exciting opportunity sees the Recruitment Systems Advisor responsibilities include making sure all global users or the system are comprehensively trained on how to best use the system, participate in multiple projects including data cleansing as well providing solutions for global queries.
The Recruitment Systems Advisor will also be required to analyse data and pull meaningful reports on a regular basis which will be used to drive resourcing performance and influence decision making.
As well as possessing strong project management skills, the successful candidate will also be confident, pro active and have the ability to build relationships and influence an international workforce.
The candidate must have expert knowledge in Systems and knowledge in HR Systems such as Brass Ring, SAP and PEOPLESOFT would be beneficial.
