This is a fantastic opportunity to join this highly successful retail fashion business asSenior HR Officerwhere you will be responsible for all Head Office staff in the Central London office. A generalist role, there is a key focus on Employee Relations, Leadership development and providing a business partnering style of HR support. It is a genuine opportunity for a talented and committed HR professional who is ready to take the next step. You will be a confident individual and will have a natural ability to build and develop relationships at all levels. You will have sound knowledge of current employment legislation and feel comfortable in offering bespoke advise to a diverse client base. Ideally your HR experience will have been gained within a retail organisation or head office function in a fast paced environment..
