One of our most highly regarded of US law firm clients are on the search for someone to step into the frame as their new Training and Development Assistant. The role is extremely wide ranging and will appeal to candidates from either a Training and Development or Human Resources background. You will be reporting into the Director of Legal HR and have sole responsibility of discussing and implementing the training needs of the Lawyers as well as following through with appraisals and all the subsequent administration regarding Employee Relations, policy implementation and development and performance management. Our client is looking for a proactive, professional and conscientious person to join this ever growing team within a real powerhouse on the legal scene.
