Role
Based in Germany or France you will design, develop and facilitate the roll-out of training at all levels within France and Germany, working in partnership with local HR Business Partners. This is a brand new role so you will assess and evaluate ongoing development needs and ensure that planned activities are aligned with the Global People Plan.
Person
You MUST be fluent in English, French and German with a detailed understanding of, and demonstrable experience in, management and sales training. With excellent verbal and written communication skills you will have proven experience conducting training in a sales environment.
