My client is a leader in its field, due to expansion they are now looking for a Regional Trainer to design and deliver training and development programmes across the organisation.
You will work with Directors, Head of Functions and Managers across the business to identify development needs and to source/ provide training and development interventions to meet training needs. You will also liaise with third party organisations to source training and development solutions and work with funding bodies and other governmental/ non governmental organisations.
This role is a regional role, covering the North of England therefore will require travel and overnight stays.
You will be graduate CIPD qualified or hold a comparable training/ professional qualification and should have considerable experience of designing and delivering learning and development programmes, ideally within a logistics/ manufacturing or similar background. Working with a high level of autonomy you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level.
