Job Description
There is now an exciting and unusual opportunity for a Regional Training Manager with cosmetics experience in this fashionable cosmetics brand across Yorkshire and the North West. You will have the opportunity to make an impact onto the wider business' success by directly influencing the performance of the sales teams, head office staff and by promoting the brand in the market place. Deliver induction programmes to new employees across the business and enable them to promote the brand, sell the products, encourage development and deliver excellent customer service
Conduct 3 month appraisals for new employees and deliver feedback to operational/line managers on individual performance. You will advise on necessary further training or encourage the recognition of outstanding achievement
Produce reports for management on store and individual performance
Support the launch of new products, new store openings and special events
Work closely with the National Training Manager on new initiatives and ensuring all trainin
We are ideally looking for someone with the following credentials:
Previous experience in the cosmetics sector
Organised, self motivated and strong communicator
Proven record in training in a service focused business
Keen interest in fashion
Ability to develop, coach and inspire others to achieve best possible results
Flexible, adaptable nature and ability to multitask/prioritise
Ease of relationship building with colleagues, customers and management
