This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, dynamic consultancy who are looking to recruit a Trainer.
Based from Newcastle, the ideal candidate will have had ILM experience, leadership experience (this is a must) and be able to carry out training design consultancy, write material and run experiential training.
Sector experience is an important requirement of the role - it would be a distinct advantage if you have experience in manufacturing and ideally a working knowledge of lean manufacturing.
Someone with a background in Training Consultancy would be ideal along with a determined, friendly personality and a dedicated work ethos.
Our client takes CPD seriously and will support the successful candidate with further development.
Due to the nature of the role it is very important you have a driving licence and are flexible on travel.
