Job Description

Our client, a highly established training consultancy that provides HR and CIPD related training consultancy services, is seeking a CIPD Programmes Manager. Responsibilities include: Developing processes and procedures for successful programme delivery. To develop and ensure the use of appropriate instruments for monitoring and evaluating programmes, course delivery and client satisfaction. Regularly monitor the delivery of programmes and gain analysis of results and provide recommendations to ensure continuous improvement Ensure tutors receive up to date and relevant course material. To manage the UK wide examination process. You will be CIPD qualified with an excellent knowledge and understanding of the full range of CIPD programmes that are available.
