Owing to rapid expansion our Manchester based education client is seeking a Divisional Leader to take responsibility for the effective organisation and management of the Divisions staff and learning programmes. Key duties will include: Leading, monitoring and developing the teaching and learning activities To apply appropriate quality standards for the Division To undertake sickness monitoring, absence reporting, appraisal and team briefing To identify human and physical resource needs and make recommendations to the Head of Department To lead staff in maximising income and minimising expenditure The successful candidate will be from an academic or professional background with teacher training or other training delivery qualification.
