HR Staff Search are currently recruiting an additional Training / Development Advisor for our client based in Rochdale. An established blue chip organisation, they are looking for someone to join them to add to the resources they have available within their team delivering the people and business strategies that the business demands. They are looking to recruit someone with strong influencing skills that can work with people at all levels of the business, to play a key role in developing and implementing their People Development strategy. You will be working on specific projects which could include new management development initiatives or driving their talent agenda. You need to have strong analysis skills and have the experience to be able to design fit-for-purpose talent development strategies. If you are keen to work in an environment where providing key deliverables is paramount, in a highly visible structure where your input will be easily recognised, then this is the place to be.
