Hudson are recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised service organisation with sites located throughout the UK.
Reporting into the Group Training Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for the continued development and delivery of proactive solutions to a wide range of training requirements.
Applicants should hold a relevant training qualification and have experience of working autonomously across a number of sites. The flexibility to travel across the UK and potentially overseas is essential.
Responsibilities will include:
•Provide a professional and effective training and development service to all sites
•Delivery of management training programmes
•Production of an annual training plan
•Planning and monitoring of the training and development budget
•Implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures to support learning and development
•Consistently maintain a culture of quality and service
•To undertake specialist projects within the learning and development field
Skills and experience required:
•CIPD or equivalent training qualification
•Ideally possess experience within a similar environment
•Presents to groups in a manner which is clear, fluent, and to the point
•Able to establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
•Planning and Organising – delivers what is required within agreed timescales.
•Ability to Influence the attitudes and opinions of others and gain agreement to proposals.
•Adaptable, receptive to ideas, willing and able to adjust to changing demands
