Job Title: e-Learning Developer – Leading fast-paced organisation!!

The Background
A leading retail organisation with a powerful brand are currently seeking an eLearning Developer to design and develop e-Learning content and blended learning solutions where some form of e-learning is being used with other learning resources, e.g workshops.
The Role
This role will provide specialist learning and development consultancy across all areas of the business including, stores and head office.
You will be responsible for:
Developing blended solutions that incorporate the extensive use of technology
Managing the e-learning budget
Responsible for delivery of e-learning solutions that fully utilise the businesses infrastructure
Taking responsibility for all stages of the development, from working with customer to identify training needs through to production management, rollout and evaluation
Working with both external and internal channels partners there will be the need to have a strong grasp of online learning design combined with excellent communications skills and the ability to influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
The Person
Of graduate calibre with proven experience of working within a fast-paced retail, leisure environment you will have a strong training and development background together with experience of designing, delivering a range of blended learning and e-learning solutions. With experience of project managing e-learning content and delivering blended learning solutions you will have the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
