The Background

This leading technology organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Trainer to successfully deliver training on HRIS software for new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to offer a creative learning solution working for a rapidly developing organisation.

The Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, you will work on client sites helping to develop the overall awareness of the brand and the positive impact it can make to the clients organisation. Other duties will include:

Working with the client to develop training needs analysis and recommending am appropriate training solution

Learning and developing training on all products

Making recommendations in the continual efforts to improve existing training material

Deliver training to clients on standard and customised solutions throughout the UK and Ireland

Attending strategic meetings designed to continuously improve training processes

The Professional

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with excellent experience of delivering training across a business area. You will have experience of the training lifecycle, from TNA right through to delivery. Knowledge of HR systems and software is desirable and knowledge of Microsoft Office would also be advantageous. You will be a soft skills trainer with the ability to develop client and customer relationships.
