Job Description
HR Staff Search requires a Training Officer to start ASAP in a public sector Organisation.
You will actively deliver Core Training Programmes, Deliver training incentives to support the business goal and Course Scheduling.
Other responsibilities will include:
-Training needs analysis
-Liaise with Central Training Admin Teams regarding courses
-Discussing training with managers and stock control for Training Materials
- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organisation
-Evaluating training and development programmes
-Using IT to produce training materials and manuals
-Monitor and evaluate training courses.
My client is looking for an Area Trainer who will cover the Central London/East London. The role will consist of having a base office in the area and will require to deliver training programmes in appropriate venues.
You will be part of the Areas Operations Managers Team and will be working alongside the HR manager. As a Training Officer you will be experienced in HR, recruitment and statutory training. As part of the role you will develop and deliver training programs for all staff including management. You will also provide training and support in the opening of new sites.
As this role requires driving, access to a car would be an advantage.
