Job Description
Reporting in to the Development Manager this role will work in a Learning & Development team of 7 people providing advice and support to all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities will be:
Facilitate and deliver all training initiatives in the Leadership and Behavioural remit including Team Development, Leadership and Induction programmes.
Design training programmes to support the needs of the business.
Maintain and develop contacts with business partners and stakeholders at all levels to ensure training and evaluation is kept to the highest standards.
Coach and support managers in the appraisal process and creation of Personal Development Plans.
Contribute to HR strategy and implementation of Organisation Development initiatives through relevant work-streams.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing first class training advice across all levels of the business. You must be able to show high level of autonomy and ability to work in teams as well as exceptional communication.The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a Certificate in Training Practice or other recognised training qualification.
