The Background

Providing a seamless service to their customers, they lead the industry through continuous improvement in the quality of their products and innovative marketing and brand awareness. This key role will involve delivering the corporate L&D strategy through the delivery of corporate training solutions across the Company.
The Role
Supporting the Retail L&D Manager, you'll be responsible for working with regional and area managers to carry out TNA, updating and delivering corporate and local training packages ensuring they meet the required need and reflect the corporate brand, culture and values.
You'll also be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining a robust training support network to enable effectively delivery of the training on offer.
The Person
Of graduate calibre and ideally CTP qualified with proven experience of working within a regionally based L&D role, preferably gained within Retail or FMCG. You'll be a commercially focused, robust operator with a passion to deliver innovative training packages to support the needs of the business.
You'll have experience of working with the business to design, develop and deliver innovative solutions to support the consumer brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D professional who strives for a challenge within a leading organisation.
