Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and delivery of core training programs
- Ensuring statutory training is implemented i.e. health and safety training
- Design, delivery and coordination of the monthly induction plan
- Coordination of employee recognition programs - Excellence awards
- Running reports
- Source training suppliers
- Design and delivery of the three month training plan
- End-to-end recruitment
- Dealing with agencies, advertising, supporting line managers, interviewing, offers.
- Assisting the HR Team as and when necessary
