My client are looking to recruit a L & D Specialist to join the existing team in this exciting and growing business. You will be responsible for leading global and regional L & D initiatives and implementing and developing global strategic objectives. Delivering the frameworks, processes and tools to enable the business to develop its people and increase competitive advantage and achieve strategic objectives. Key responsibilities will include: * Improve the competence levels of employees through developing skills and behaviours to meet business success * Identify leadership development requirements across different business units * Manage any future leaders programmes throughout the region * Co-ordinate the development of external e-learning programmes and internal courses to become an integral part of the people development programmes * Carry out TNA across the business to identify gaps and issues arising from the performance appraisal system * facilitate team building workshops * Design and deliver learning and development programmes and workshops * Co-ordinate external consultants to provide training delivery * Provide support to the graduate development programme * Responsible for the performance appraisal process * Help promote a coaching and learning culture Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV Hudson is a leading provider of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management solutions worldwide
