My client is looking to recruit a Sales Training Executive to be based from their Head Office in Surrey. This is a really exciting and challenging role offering the opportunity of making a difference with the Sales function and help shape the future of the sales training function. Reporting into the Head of Sales training, you will be working in a team and your responsibilities will include: * Plan, deliver, and embed training interventions based on business needs * Support the sales field force from all functions by inducting, training and embedding new recruits * Ensure the sales teams have a thorough understanding of the company products * Produce sales training plans and create innovative ideas to implement * Deliver training on sales and creating a high performance culture Experience of pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales would be advantageous.
