Job Description
The training & Development manager will prepare and lead a comprehensive training programme for the development of skills and behaviours of line leaders, technical operators, and engineers. The aim is to achieve world class manufacturing standards with a leaner, motivated and capable workforce.
the post holder with support line managers in the analysis of training needs (including development and co-ordination of an appraisal scheme), preparation of skills and behavioural development programmes (delivering training sessions or sourcing appropriate training providers and agreeing service levels). In addition you will build an internal team of trainers who will look at how the ongoing training will be recorded and evaluated.
Previous experience of managing a training budget, along with exposure to a blue collar working environment.
Previous experience of L&D within an FMCG, Manufacturing or Packaging company.
Multi site manufacturing company.
Salary £30-£35k
