Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a superb Learning & Development Adviser with a real passion for delivering L&D training initiatives to join an award winning Public Sector body with a largeHuman Resources department. Working alongside the Senior L&D team, your main responsibilities include:
Managing, designing and developing corporate training initiatives.
Promoting L&D activity and learning resources across the business.
Designing and delivering a range of development programmes.
Working closely with the L&D team to identify requirements and provide solutions.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Learning & Development Adviser with a track record in delivery who is keen on working for a large Human Resources team.Public Sector experience is not essential but an understanding of the sector is advantageous. Part qualified CIPD is essential for the role.
My client is a Public Sector organisation based inBirmingham.
Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
