Reporting to the Director of Training, the successful candidate will work in a National capacity as UK Training Manager. They will focus on training delivery for the Supervisor and Department Manager population on a wide range of topics including brand service training, and revenue driving. They will also focus on Management Development. They will cover sites across the UK and also have a home or office base. They will be working on an exciting rebranding project and the associated focus on improving Customer Service.
A Training Professional with a background in either the hospitality or retail industry. You will be very commercially focused in your approach, and be passionate about driving sales through customer service excellence. You will be friendly and down to earth and be able to adapt your style to get the best out of people at all levels. You will be happy to travel across the UK as part of the role and with some overnight stops and ideally you will live in the Central Part of England.
