Permanent role Hudson are recruiting for a large well known brand who currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Trainer to join their training team. The role involves the delivery of Sales, Customer Service and Product Knowledge training solutions to new employees. Responsibilities: To implement Selling, Customer Service and Product Knowledge training solutions for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet customer needs, improve the customer experience and maximise sales. Delivery of full induction to new employees Assess and make recommendations for training support of new business initiatives. Deliver Customer service, Selling skills and Product Knowledge training initiatives Conduct evaluation of training provided, assessing impact on business and cost effectiveness.
