Customer Training Executive / Trainer
Whitley Bridge, Near Pontefract, Selby, Doncaster & Goole
£20,000 - £23,000 plus Car
Our client is a world leading manufacturer and provider of personal and home telecare solutions and monitoring centre systems. They make independent living possible through the application of technology and the provision of services that protect, support and care for people.
As part of the Telecare Department, the Customer Training Team plays a vital role in providing professional structured training to the whole of their customer base.
You will be delivering training programmes on the Companys products and solutions at Whitley Lodge (near Pontefract) and at the customers premises across the UK, to people from a varied range of organisations. This will involve extensive travelling. Not only will you be delivering training; you will be involved in the full training cycle from needs analysis through to evaluation. A significant part of your role will also be the proactive generation of new business and the expansion of existing business opportunities.
You will be an excellent communicator, with good presentation skills. Your interpersonal skills of diplomacy, encouragement and patience are coupled with the ability to be able to communicate at all levels. Possessing good IT skills, you will be capable of adapting existing training programmes for specific customer needs. Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you possess a full driving licence, and are able to stay away from home when required on a weekly basis.
Ideally, you will have a good knowledge of all the companys products & solutions, (PNC, Wardencall, Dispersed, Peripherals, Telecare & TeleMedicine) along with previous training experience and possession of relevant a training qualification. Associate membership of the CIPD will also be advantageous.
