Managing complex HR agenda with line managers
Coaching managers in dealing with employees in difficult situations
Recruiting employees in the business unit
Identifying key talents in the business and preparing individual development plans
Train management in employee relations
Oversee HR administration
Implement HR strategy with line managers and HR Business Partner
Employee induction and termination of departing employees
Provide feedback to line managers about their people management practices

As a HR consultant you co-operate closely with the business partner to make sure HR practices are fully implemented in the business. The business partner gets the buy-in of the top management with the consultant dealing with line managers on a daily basis to make implementation smooth.
