This employer has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Accountancy Professional to join their expanding family.

The role will include travel within the East Midlands, a driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required.

The Role

You will be working in partnership with local employers to support their employees through the full apprenticeship programme in accountancy up to AAT Level 4. Utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners' performance and knowledge throughout their training through one-to-one and group sessions. They are currently delivering remote sessions, predominantly facilitated online so some experience of managing remote delivery would be an advantage.

You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for them and their offering.

The Individual

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training would be an advantage, but certainly not essential, as full training will be provided.

What they really value is your industry experience of accountancy, and you must be AAT qualified at level 4. Whether you are already an accounting tutor/trainer, or considering a career change that utilises your existing accountancy skills and knowledge, if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others, they want to hear from you.

The Company

They are an ambitious business, delivering training solutions and workforce consultancy to learners and employers throughout the East Midlands. They are graded Good by OFSTED across all areas of the business and hold Quality 9001 accreditation, Matrix and IIP Silver. Their 'PRAISE' values (pride, respect, accountability, integrity and service excellence) drive all delivery services both to their employers and learners, and to their own employees, always embedding professionalism within a culture of continuous improvement.

They currently have six fixed delivery centres and hundreds of work-based learners throughout the Midlands with the next phase of their growth already under implementation.

This company currently has turnover of £5m with plans for significant short-term growth and is committed to encouraging equality and diversity and eliminating unlawful discrimination.

In return they offer excellent terms and conditions including:
- 36 days holiday (inc. bank holidays)
- Contributory pension scheme
- Free debt advice/counselling/guidance through their Employee Assistance Programme
- Life assurance
