About the Role
The Human Resources function provides support with all aspects of the team member lifecycle. The team also defines and delivers the UK’s team member engagement strategy focused around creating winning people, winning leadership and a winning workplace. While there is a core team based at their Leeds Head Office, the majority of HR team members are field based and travel to locations across the country to deliver a professional, reliable and commercial service to their people managers.
Joining them as an Apprentice HR Administrator, you will report to their HR Services Manager and work as part of the core team. You will be responsible for HR administration, the provision and analysis of management information and providing basic HR advise with a focus on internal HR policy and process.
Within the role you will gain invaluable experience which will include; managing the starter and leaver documentation and process, maintaining and updating accurate team member data, overseeing the performance management process to ensure it has been followed and supporting some team member engagement initiatives. You will also provide support to the wider HR team on aspects relating to recruitment, learning & development activities, engagement strategies and other key projects to support the delivery of their HR strategy.

Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office is a must as is an understanding of the importance of dealing with information confidentially and professionally.
