Our Client administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. They have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through the Training and Employee Engagement Service, they offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.

They now have an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity for a HR Payroll Administrator to join them where you will work closely with the HR team, providing excellent support and ensuring operational excellence throughout the HR function.

Providing accurate and timely administrative duties in line with policy and procedure, you will maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. A key administrative role within the HR team, you will assist with Payroll, ensuring the Payroll System accurately reflects current staff conditions and details.

They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) with Grades A - C including Maths and English. An A-Level or equivalent in Maths or related subject is desirable but not essential. What is important is that you have an excellent attention to detail coupled with a strong desire to deliver outstanding levels of service.
