Purpose of this job:
The AHR Data & Insights Specialist is an exciting new role responsible for creating and owning reporting and metrics, analytics, and planning within the Europe region. This role leads data and insights initiatives and will work closely with the Area HR Europe team at both regional and country level. This includes proactively managing all data, data quality and insights (including external insights) to drive the relevant HR strategic priorities alongside the Area HR Manager. You will also support and coach the country HR teams on their data related topics like KPI reporting, headcount planning, data quality and insight driven analysis.

#REPORTING AND INSIGHTS
Cultivate analytics approach to problem solving and grow capability within Europe
Derive actionable insights from data and information; coach and train others how to interpret and communicate results in order to influence business decisions.
Prepare quarterly presentations for the Headcoach Team and HQ on key KPI’s and external trends
Create an inventory of standard reports and scorecards/KPI’s in partnership with the European countries
Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
#DATA AND SYSTEMS
Gain detailed knowledge of systems and other internal data sources including SAP and BI, and familiarity with external data sources; conduct regular audits to validate data accuracy.
Continually refine processes and recommend new and innovative solutions.
Create and maintain guides and documentation that can be used within the European region and globally.
Provide headcount analysis in all areas of the business and assist in preparing materials for annual and quarterly planning cycles.
Facilitate headcount planning process, tools, and reporting with key internal stakeholders Ensure plan outputs to applicable systems (HR, Finance, local, regional and global) meet requirements and are accurate and timely.
Help teams understand foundational planning principles around demand and supply drivers and historical trends, gap analysis, and action planning.
Participate on project teams as a subject matter expert, and serve in project manager role.
experience and requirements:
Nothing makes you happier than burying your head in data and sifting through the information to find answers and provide solutions
Ideally, you have experience with HR systems (SAP) and take pride in the fact that you are the person everyone on the team comes to for help.
If it can be done faster, better, smarter, you’re all over it; you’re constantly breaking systems and processes and rebuilding them.
You like people and know how to talk to them, especially with the intent to influence; you can translate the techie stuff into something actionable and meaningful.
You are a PowerPoint and Excel guru.
You already have a vision for this role and think it could be BIG.
You understand financial planning (budgeting and forecasting), and statistics will always hold a special place in your heart.
