Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

They have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant HR Business Partner with an Employee Relations focus to join their People and Strategy department.
Proactively managing a team of HR Advisors ensuring all case management and employee related issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, you will work as a part of the HR team managing and providing advice and support to complex HR cases and taking full ownership of the organisations TUPE transfers from start to finish. You must also provide support to the HR Business Partner to deliver on people priorities and projects and ensure compliance and adherence to current legislation and policies and procedures.
Candidates for this role must have at least 2 years experience in a HR Generalist role and proven experience in dealing with high volume and complex Employee Relation cases and managing TUPE transfers. Team management skills and excellent knowledge of Employment law including TUPE regulations are also essential.
