Your new officeA unique opportunity has arisen for a Benefits Administrator to be based in our HR Shared Service Centre in Leicester. Located in the cultural quarter of Leicester City Centre, our offices are modern and contemporary with excellent transport links.
Your new roleReporting into our Reward Manager, you will be required to work with them to develop a high quality and flexible customer focused operation. Your role will have full responsibility of managing the day to day administration of all company benefits and schemes which will include the production and reconciliation of monthly reports from Payroll and external Benefits providers, maintaining, updating and managing Pension contribution files including Auto Enrolment.
What you will need to succeedThe successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an outstanding ability to plan and organise in a fast paced environment. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate intermediate skills in Excel and a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Personality is a must in this position and confidence in your own ability as a Benefits Administrator will be expected.
