Benefits and Executive Compensation Technology Manager

£400-£500 per day
My client is an industry-leading organisation looking for an experienced Benefits and Executive Compensation Technology Manager to join their London offfice and manage the planning, design, configuration, implementation and communication of Compensation solutions, in order to ensure the best experience for their global employee base.
The ideal condidate will possess the following:
-3+ years of configuration experience with Workday;
-Bachelor's degree in related field;
-substantial Benefits and Executive Compensation experience (with global knowledge preferred);
-Significant Benefits experience (Basic retirement and health & welfare compliance and administration knowledge);
-MS Office Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint; and good knowledge of Access and Visio;
-excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communications skills.
