The Background:

Responsible for the sale of corporate international relocation services. Focused purely on new business, you will exploit your exceptional sales skills to produce effective and successful results. The successful applicant will be required to contact and visit corporate clients with the aim of promoting and up-selling the services of the company. In addition you'll also be required to represent the company at conferences and industry related events.

The Role:

Identify and follow leads to increase customer base

Create new revenue for relocation services and have a sound working knowledge of the mobility process.

Be a subject matter expert and deliver consultative advice, best practice and industry updates to your clients

Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation for Global Assignment

Management, mobility, HR and procurement executive level

Set progressive targets and budgets that reflect sustainable growth year on year.

Meet / exceed agreed revenue targets

Meet / exceed agreed new appointment targets

Provide tangible sales and pipeline updates to the Sales Director

Effectively preparation and management of sales appointments

Manage marketing programme

Attend client and network events in UK & abroad in accordance with guidelines set by the UK Sales Director

Supply UK Sales Director with sales target / sales pipeline data for weekly meetings, sales calls and RFPs

The Person:

The successful candidate will ideally have a proven record of sales, new business development, and account management.

Previous experience within the relocation services or associated industry is essential.

Applicants will be presentable, articulate, numerate and experienced at understanding clients' needs and interpreting their requirements to the wider business

Candidates will be an energetic self-starting, able to demonstrate past successes as well as initiative and creative thinking to achieve both client and business objectives.

Applicants can effectively interpret and adapt to achieving company and team objectives as well as fulfilling individual targets.
