With people in mind; we currently have a vacancy for a Business Support Supervisor to join our administrative team based in Salisbury on a full time basis. You will be passionate about providing high level administrative assistance to the business unit in its entirety by building the confidence of, and successfully leading the workload of a small team of Business Support Administrators. It is vital to the role that you are an effective communicator and confident liaising with all levels of personnel throughout the Unit and wider region. This role is incredibly varied and requires a true multitasker to deliver a top quality service. Duties will include: Supporting the Unit by participating in Monthly Client MeetingsHR/Payroll processing to include; new starter documentation, timesheet input for trade staff, maintaining attendance/holiday records as well as query management.Providing a high standard of customer service with regards to query resolution for those visiting the Unit or via other communications.Overseeing the Audit and Quality Assurance reviews, supporting the accurate storage of at times confidential information.Maintain financial control and rigorous application of company policy with regards to petty cash.Monitor and report on specified KPI performance measures with regards to health & safety, customer care and overall experience.Raise materials, overhead and stock orders and sales invoices on instruction from unit staffObtain and process wage documentation for Ian Williams and self-employed operatives to deadlinesCollate mileage and fuel returns and maintain records on transport and accidentsCompleting administrative tasks to support business development activities What is essential, is that you have a solid track record of team support, including motivating a team and a strong administration background. You will be competent in IT skills and have just as much enjoyment in answering calls from Operatives as inputting purchase invoices.
