Compensation and Benefits Manager - up to £70,000
The role is an EMEA Compensation and Benefits Manager Role which will involve working with senior members of the Business to streamline the Reward Strategy for the organisation. The role will ultimately have the responsibility of providing support and advice to key stakeholders.
The ideal individual will have;
* Advanced knowledge of the full Reward cycle.
* Experience in dealing with benefits brokers
* The skills to communicate effectively with Senior Stakeholders, on complex Reward and business matters.
