Are you an experienced Reward, Compensation & Benefits Manager who is looking for flexibility in your working arrangements? Can you work remotely from several locations? From home, the London office and the Basingstoke office to be exact! Are you happy to work in an ambiguous environment, and do you have the confidence to hot desk wherever you are?

If so, I'm working with a leading brand on a hugely exciting, Compensation & Benefits Manager opportunity within their close knit HR team. A newly created, standalone role, you’ll have full ownership of the compensation, benefits and reward for the business across 3 UK sites, each with their own distinct character and needs, and will be a real bridge across and between the teams.

Reporting into the Global HR Director on a remote basis, you’ll partner with the senior management team, HR and Finance Directors to refine and deliver the reward offering, embedding compensation and benefits initiatives into a brand that is widely recognised and where the culture is open, innovative and collaborative. As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for all compensation activity - from making recommendations on salary review and benchmarking (Towers Watson), gender pay gap reporting and managing renewals and the bonus awards, through to providing support, advice and analysis on senior reward policies and processes. With projects on the horizon, there’s plenty to keep you busy, and you’ll be a key team member in ensuring the continuous development of the benefits and wellbeing packages that attract, retain and motivate key talent.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a breadth of generalist experience achieved across all areas of compensation, benefits and reward, and will be a skilled business partner capable of building strong working relationships across a variety of stakeholders. You will bring an agile approach and be solutions orientated, with experience of navigating around a matrix structure to deliver. This is a role with huge amount of flexibility and autonomy, so will require a real self-starter, who enjoys the freedom of self-direction of their own workload, and will be required to work in both the London and Hampshire offices during the week (very flexible to how this is structured!).

If you are interested in this role, please get in touch!
